We all know the Great Lakes are one of the largest bodies of freshwater on Earth.  As a city on the shores of Lake Erie, we have a special responsibility to manage and monitor this precious resource.  Many places in the world - and in the country - don't have this kind of access to water.  In this session, we will review how Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District is protecting our water supply and how their Green Infrastructure Grant program helps implement projects that will reduce the burden and complications of overflow on our combined sewer system.  Cleveland Water Alliance is doing innovative work to monitor water quality with testbed infrastructure that is world renowned. Cleveland could become an attractive destination for climate refugees - both individuals and businesses.  Come learn what CWA is doing to prepare for this.  We will leave time for Q&A.
