You read that right – WIA+’s popular yoga & wine event is trying out something new! This special edition of our monthly event will feature instructor Gary Dacanay leading the group through 30 minutes of qigong, followed by 30 minutes of restorative yoga. Itching to try something new at the start of spooky season? Now’s your chance!
