“Contemporary Life and Work – A Shared Journey and Design Philosophy”
The contemporary practice of architecture is complex, dynamic and multifaceted. Design is only one of the many dimensions of the endeavor. Ultimately, the practice is a team of individuals working together with shared values to create and produce architecture that elevates everyday experiences. In this presentation, the mother and daughter team of Elizabeth Chu Richter, FAIA, Hon. FRAIC, Maya Richter Hernandez, AIA, and Elissa Ling Richter, AIA will share their individual journeys, their work together, and their approach to managing the new realities of today’s architecture practice.
