Presented by YAAM and the WIA Committees. Please join us for the Cleveland Connects program to learn about competence and confidence, and how to become a well rounded leader. Presented by Amber Price, AIA and Julia Weiss, Associate AIA this program will provide an understanding of Competence vs Confidence in leadership skills. 

We'll utilize TED talks, articles and discussions to explain the difference between competence and confidence, the loop they create, how to evaluate oneself and those around you and address shortcomings with both.  Attendees will have the opportunity to share experiences and learn ways to cope and/or mentor others to be both competent and confident in their work and life and become better well rounded leaders.
