Join us for a tour of the BVQ Lofts apartments in the reconstituted historic Spang Baking Company building in Tremont. Discover the PowerPanel solar-thermal system installation with 96 PVT modules and 2,100 gallons of integrated thermal battery storage providing hot water generated directly from the sun to 96 apartments. We will have the opportunity to see an apartment, learn about their sustainability features and hear about the storm water diversion system.
