Tour: Erieview Historic District-Preservation Incentives & Challenges

An exploration of adaptive reuse projects and historic rehabilitation incentives in the Erieview Historic District. The presentation will discuss the creation of downtown’s newest National Register Historic District, which highlights mid-century modern architecture.

Attendees will learn of the benefits of historic designations and the financing tools that are available to them. Program will offer CEU credits for both real estate and architecture professionals.

A reception with complimentary beer, wine and light hors d’oeuvres will follow the tour, allowing for more casual follow-up discussion with speakers and other participants. Attendance limited to 75 people.
