National Register Historic District Preservation Showecase

This presentation by Antonin Robert (GBX Group, President of Community Development), Peter Ketter (Sandvick Architects, Historic Preservation Director), Tom Yablonsky (Preservation Advocate), and Richard Pace (Cumberland Development) highlights National Register Historic Districts. Two designated districts flank Canal Basin Park; Cleveland Centre and Old River Road. The current projects that will be highlighted during this presentation include 1575 Merwin Road, B&O Railroad Station, and Samsel properties. AIA/ CEU credits are pending. Attendance is limited to 40 people. Following  the presentation, there will be a reception at Flat Iron Cafe, allowing for more casual conversation follow-up discussion with the speakers and presenters. This event is sponsored by Downtown Cleveland Alliance. $25 per person. Registration is required. Please note, this event location is not fully ADA accessible.
