Terracon is a multidiscipline consulting engineering firm specializing in environmental, facilities, geotechnical, and materials services across a broad range of industries. The Cleveland office, located in Parma has been providing consulting services in Northeast Ohio since 1986 and maintains a staff of 45 professionals. Terracon is a national firm which serves both private and public clients.

Participants will have learned general background information on the environmental due diligence processes, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, and additional due diligence tools. We will discuss the challenges of identifying and managing environmental risk and concerns at various types of project sites.
