Please join the WIA+ Committee for an evening of light exercise and camaraderie at our monthly Yoga & Wine event!  Guests can expect an hour of all-levels yoga (led by a local certified instructor) followed by delicious wine and snacks courtesy of our event sponsors.  All are welcome at this wellness event - even if you are not an AIA member!
