A mid-construction hard-hat tour of an adaptive reuse project by Bialosky in Cleveland's MidTown Neighborhood. The building, a former school in the Cleveland Municipal School District, is being transformed into a hub for manufacturing focused on startups and a place to teach students about the field. Once completed, the 80,000 square-foot building will have a floor for startups to develop and manufacture their products, classrooms for CMSD's career technology program, and officr space for other nonprofits.
