Get limber before the ghosts and ghouls come out with this month’s Wellness in Design event: Trick or Stretch!  Our instructor Leo Walsh (of Firehouse Yoga in Lakewood) will lead us through an hour of all-levels yoga and stretches, followed by frighteningly good seasonal treats and drinks, courtesy of our hosts.

While costumes are optional, we encourage you to wear your favorite spooky attire!  Or at the very least, some orange and/or black!
