City Club Apartments Hard Hat Tour

 This tour explores the unique 23-story mixed-use residential high-rise tower in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. Branded as "the future of apartment living," the apartment complex contains 304 apartments and penthouses with resort-class amenities with international design that is green certified, wellness certified, technology certified, and a clean rated building. 

Apartments offer hospitality services, street-level retail, multi-level restaurant and speakeasy, cafe, and doggie daycare. The roof will include a park with a rooftop pool, a lounge with gourmet, and a garden.

 Learning Objectives:

  • Attendees will explore architectural design elements including the metal plate façade, which will be one of the most unique in the Midwest, featuring a mosaic on the upper levels. The top of the building features a cast-in-place concrete “curved” roof and overhang as a prominent architectural feature. Design elements within the building’s interior and rooftop amenities are inspired by some of the world’s top boutique hospitality properties.

  • Attendees will examine the introduction of apartment hotel experiential living to Downtown Cleveland's Central Business District, featuring various living options from apartments to penthouses with 22 floor plans and finishes.

  • Attendees will explore world class amenities including a  speakeasy lounge occupying a portion of the basement, a restaurant on levels 1 and 2, a rooftop pool, coworking spaces, fitness facilities, and lobby lounge library.  

  • Attendees will explore and learn about various green and environmental design features of the facility as a green certified, wellness certified, technology certified, and clean rated building.  

Participants will be required to wear the following PPE:
Neon Vests
Hard Hats
Safety Glasses
Flat, hard soled shoes (no heels or tennis shoes)
