Fall is my favorite season - I love the crisp air and the sound of a good, crunchy leaf. I am the type of person to decorate for Halloween on September 1st, and not un-decorate until December 1st, so we’ve decided to take a page from the spooky season and put a twist on the traditional AIA Trivia Night! Join the YAAM and Programming Committees for AIA Trivia Night(MARE), a night of bone-chilling questions on haunted architectural history, urban legends, and maybe the scariest of them all…. ARE test questions.
Like the spring event it’ll be a night of fun, laughter, great food, and friendly competition. Bring your best game face and join us on our quest to crown the top team most knowledgeable in all things (a little bit) scary.
All are welcome!! Register your team or as a free agent today! Each team should consist of a 50/50 mix of emerging and established professionals (especially since you *might* see some study questions over the course of the evening!) Prizes for best team name and costume will be awarded along with the top trivia teams of the night, so start planning now! We are sincerely looking forward to having a great evening with you all!
Face your fears at another rendition of the popular AIA Trivia Night - but with a spooky twist!
Teams of 4-6 will compete for prizes (not to mention bragging rights!) by answering questions that include topics like haunted architectural history, urban legends, and (perhaps scariest of all) ARE test questions. Free agents are also welcome and will be assigned to a team at the event!
This event will feature a fabulous food spread and a cash bar. All are welcome! A special prize will be awarded to the most clever team name and, if you’re all feeling the Halloween spirit, best team costume.
